How the 4.5 adds up
The forgiveness score is our reading of what Callaway publishes about the head, from 1 to 5. It is not a test result. How every score works.
| Part | Points | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Kind of set | 4 | Women's set: a complete boxed set built to be easy to hit. |
| Hybrid in the box | +0.5 | The box has a hybrid in place of the hardest long iron. |
| Forgiveness score | 4.5 | of 5 |
The score rates the clubs in the box. Flex, hand and the bag decide which set you buy, not how forgiving it is.

| Construction | Callaway's words: "Each easy-to-hit club in this 10-piece set is specially designed to help you hit longer, straighter shots from tee to green." The irons have a "large cavity back head with second-generation stabilizing arch" for "stability and forgiveness for long, straight shots even on miss-hits"; the 5-hybrid's "compact head with cambered sole is extremely forgiving on miss-hits"; the driver is an oversize titanium head with a low, deep centre of gravity; the sand wedge has a wide, rounded sole. Set putter: Odyssey White Hot Pro with a SuperStroke grip. No lofts, MOI, offset or sole width published. Sold without a bag; the woods and the putter come with headcovers. Callaway Pre-Owned lists a women's version with the same clubs; Costco sells it right-handed with graphite shafts in every club but the putter, and names no flex. |
