Every figure for these drivers is read from the maker's own product page, with a shop's new price standing in where the maker publishes none and the club page saying which (prices read 2026-09-06); a cell that says not published means nobody publishes it and we do not guess. How to choose between them

Loft before brand. A slower swing needs launch, and the cheapest way to get it is loft: pick the head that offers 12 degrees (or adjusts up to it) if your driver swing is under about 85 miles per hour.

Flex is a filter, not a preference. Tick the senior or ladies chip above and the heads that do not ship in your flex disappear; a head you cannot buy in your flex is not on your list.

Then price. Between two heads that both fit, the cheaper one is the answer on this site; forgiveness between the top heads of the current lines is closer than any of them would like you to think, and the price gap is real money.

Questions buyers ask

What makes a driver forgiving?

Moment of inertia, mostly: the head's resistance to twisting when you hit it off centre, measured in gram-centimetres squared. A head that resists twisting keeps ball speed and direction on a heel or toe strike. Makers raise it with a bigger, deeper head and weight pushed back and out to the perimeter, which is why the most forgiving driver in a line is usually the largest-looking one.

What is a 10K driver?

A driver whose combined moment of inertia (the heel-toe figure plus the crown-sole figure) reaches 10,000 g·cm², which was long treated as the practical ceiling for a conforming head. Several makers now publish heads at or near that figure; where a maker publishes the number it is in the MOI column, and where it does not the column says not published rather than guessing.

What loft should a slower swing use?

More than you think. Ten and a half degrees is the common stock loft; a swing under about 85 miles per hour usually launches better at 12 degrees, and most of the heads here adjust a degree or two either way. The Lofts column lists the stock options.

Draw bias or maximum forgiveness?

If your miss is a slice, the draw-biased head (weight toward the heel) fixes more of it than pure inertia does. If your miss is everywhere, take the maximum forgiveness head. Some lines sell both under the same family name; the maker's cues column names which is which.

Do forgiving drivers come in senior flex?

10 of the 12 drivers list an A (senior) flex as stock, and most of those also list L (ladies). The Flexes column shows each head's stock list.
