Choose it if

  • You slice: the head is built to close the face.
  • You need a left-handed club or a senior flex: both were stock builds.
  • You want to spend less: $199.95 is in the cheapest third of the 28 we price.

Choose something else if

  • If you don't slice, choose the standard Launcher XL 2: the same forgiveness rating on Cleveland's chart, with a straight flight bias.

What changed in Srixon's ZXi RKT MAX

Both are 460cc drivers that their makers' own charts rate highest for forgiveness, in 9°, 10.5° and 12°. The Launcher XL 2 Draw has a draw bias built in for golfers who slice, a high launch on Cleveland's chart and a stock Aldila Ascent PL 40 shaft in senior, regular or stiff. The ZXi RKT MAX flies straight with only a slight draw on Srixon's chart, has a carbon crown and one 14-gram weight low at the back, and is left-handed in 10.5° only; Srixon calls it its highest-MOI driver yet.

Golf Discount still had the Launcher XL 2 Draw new on 22 Oct 2026 for far less than a new ZXi RKT MAX. Choose it if a slice is your miss and the budget is tight; choose the ZXi RKT MAX for a new head with Srixon's newer face, knowing its slight draw bias does less against a big slice.
