What changed in the OPTM MAX-K
The same 9°, 10.5° and 12° lofts and the same 45.5-inch length. The OPTM MAX-K fixes the weight low and back where the AEROJET MAX let it move to the heel for a draw (Cobra's draw head is now the OPTM MAX-D), and its hosel has 33 loft and lie settings, up to 2° either way, against eight.
Cobra no longer sells the AEROJET MAX and we found no new one in stock, so it is bought used. It suits a golfer who wants Cobra's heel draw setting for little money; the DARKSPEED MAX that followed it has the same setting. Choose the OPTM MAX-K or MAX-D for a new club.
