Head to head

TaylorMade Qi10 vs Qi35 fairway wood

Choose a used Qi10 for the bigger head or a 9-wood for less.

Choose the Qi35 for the adjustable loft, new from TaylorMade.

TaylorMade replaced the Qi10 fairway with the Qi35, and both are its all-round heads, sold as a blend of distance and forgiveness, so both score 3 of 5 here. They share the 15° 3-wood, the 16.5° 3HL (right-handed only), the 18° 5-wood and the 21° 7-wood, and their lengths; the Qi10 adds a 24° 9-wood, right-handed only. The Qi10's heads are larger (195cc in the 3-wood against 185cc) with one lie per loft; the Qi35 is shallower and adds a 4° loft sleeve in the 3-wood, 3HL and 5-wood to set distance, flight and shot shape. Both come left-handed in the 3-, 5- and 7-woods.
