PING's 2023 women's set of irons and hybrids, on light graphite shafts, with weight in the heel and toe and a 29.5° 7-iron. PING now builds the G Le3 only as fill-in or replacement clubs, and the G Le4 replaced it.

What changed in the G Le4
From the 6-iron to the 9-iron the G Le4 keeps the G Le3's lofts and lengths (a 29.5° 7-iron) and its offset (0.18 inches at the 7-iron), and adds bounce: 9.7° against 8.1° in the 7-iron. Its pitching wedge is 46.5° against 46°, its UW 51.5° against 52°, and its hybrids run 5H to 8H (22° to 36°) in place of 4H to 7H (22° to 34°). PING also moves the stock shafts from the ULT 250 to the ALTA Le, a gram or two lighter at each weight.
PING now builds the G Le3 only as fill-in or replacement clubs, but Golf Discount still sells a new set for less than a new G Le4, and used sets cost less again. Both get the same score from us; choose the G Le4 for the extra bounce and the newer hybrid set.
