What changed in the G440

The lengths, the lies and the 2, 5, 6 and 7 hybrid lofts are the same. The G440 makes the 3 and 4 hybrids a degree weaker (20° and 23° against 19° and 22°) so they launch higher, and gives the 5, 6 and 7 hybrids a slight draw bias, where the G430 page describes none. It also adds a lighter hosel and a shallower face.

PING still lists the G430 hybrid while stock lasts, and used ones cost a fraction of a new G440. Choose the G440 for the slight draw in the higher lofts or the higher-launching 3 and 4.
