TaylorMade Qi35 Max driver

TaylorMade's 2025 Max driver, which it calls the most forgiving of its Qi35 drivers: a 10K moment of inertia and a fixed 34-gram tungsten weight at the back, in 9°, 10.5° or 12°. TaylorMade's own store showed the Qi35 Max sold out by June 2026, and the Qi4D Max replaced it.

What changed in the Qi4D Max
Both are TaylorMade's Max head, 460cc, in 9°, 10.5° and 12° and in both hands, with the same 4° loft sleeve. The Qi4D Max replaces the Qi35 Max's fixed 34-gram back weight with two weights you can swap (13 and 4 grams), adds a forged aluminium collar and reworks the curve of its carbon face; TaylorMade rates its launch high, where it rated the Qi35 Max's mid-high. TaylorMade sold the Qi35 Max on its 10K MOI and gives no MOI figure for the Qi4D Max.
PGA TOUR Superstore still sells the Qi35 Max new for well under the Qi4D Max's price, and used ones cost less again. Choose the Qi35 Max for TaylorMade's 10K-MOI head for less; choose the Qi4D Max to tune the flight with its weights.
