Each was Cobra's most forgiving driver head in its year: a 460cc head in 9°, 10.5° and 12°, 45.5 inches long, with a fixed weight low in the back and the same FutureFit33 hosel, 33 loft and lie settings up to two degrees either way. Cobra gave the DS-ADAPT MAX-K a combined MOI of 10,000; it calls the OPTM MAX-K its highest MOI ever, with an 11-gram back weight and a head shaped to cut side spin. Both score 4 of 5 here, and both come in a senior (A) flex at 10.5° and 12°.

The OPTM MAX-K is the more forgiving: Cobra calls it its most forgiving driver head, with its highest MOI, in an oversize shape with a fixed 11-gram back weight, rated extreme for forgiveness.
