Choose the G425 for the newer head, smaller but with the higher MOI.
Choose the G410 if a used set in your hand and flex costs less.
PING's tables give the G410 and the G425 the same lofts, lies, lengths, offsets and bounces, club for club, from a 20.5° 4-iron to the 58° LW, with a 30° 7-iron and 4.6 mm of offset. What changed is the head: PING made the G425's blade shorter yet gave it a higher MOI, with a tungsten toe screw, a hosel weight and a variable-thickness face. Both score 3.5 of 5 here. PING no longer builds the G425 even as fill-in clubs, and its G410 page is gone, so both are used buys.
Two generations apart, the G425 and the G440 share the figures our score reads: a game improvement head with 4.6 mm of offset at the 7-iron, so both score 3.5 of 5.
Both are game improvement irons of the same era, the G425 a year older than the Stealth, and the G425 is a little more forgiving by our score, 3.5 of 5 against 3.
