Choose the T150 if you strike it well and want a player's shape with some extra speed.
Choose the T250 if you want more help on a mishit and more height, or step on to the T350, Titleist's most forgiving iron.
T150 $1,499 · T250 $1,499, each with its shop and checked date
The T250 is the more forgiving, in Titleist's own words: it "offers greater ball speed, height, distance, and forgiveness" in a slightly larger head, where the T150 "is closer to a player's iron shape with moderate forgiveness and precision". Titleist files both as player's distance irons and prints no offset or sole width for either, so our score, which reads only what the maker publishes, gives both 2 of 5. The T250's lofts are stronger (a 30.5° 7-iron against 32°) and it adds a 2-iron; the lies and lengths are the same.
Titleist's faster player's iron: a forged head a little larger than the T100's, with lofts a degree stronger and a 32° 7-iron. Titleist files it as a player's distance iron with moderate forgiveness; its T250 and T350 forgive more.

Both are players distance irons, the class between a game improvement iron and a players' iron, and both score 2 of 5 here because neither maker publishes an offset or a sole width.
The T150 forgives a little more: Titleist gives it a slightly larger head, lofts a degree stronger in every club (a 32° 7-iron against 33°) and a channel behind the face from the 3-iron to the 7-iron, where the T100's stops at the 4-iron.
