Choose the T200 if you want the same lofts for less, used.
Choose the T250 if you want a new set in your hand, shaft and flex, with the wider sole.
Titleist redesigned the T200 and renamed it the T250 in 2025. Both have a 30.5° 7-iron and the same lofts from the 5-iron to the 48° W; the T250 adds a 2- and a 3-iron. The T200 is a hollow body with a forged face and a polymer core, with the blade length and offset of Titleist's T100 and T150; the T250 is built all in steel, with a thicker topline and a wider sole than those two.
Both are players distance irons, the class between a game improvement iron and a players' iron, and both score 2 of 5 here because neither maker publishes an offset or a sole width.

The T250 is the more forgiving, in Titleist's own words: it "offers greater ball speed, height, distance, and forgiveness" in a slightly larger head, where the T150 "is closer to a player's iron shape with moderate forgiveness and precision".
