Choose the Paradym for a little more distance from each club; choose the T200 for its sole and the Titleist shape. For more help on a mishit, Titleist designed the 2023 T350 to be larger and more forgiving than the T200, and Callaway's Paradym X is the game improvement version of the Paradym.
Two players distance irons of the same year, built the same way, a hollow body behind a forged face with tungsten weighting, and both score 2 of 5. The Paradym is a degree to a degree and a half stronger through the set (a 29° 7-iron against 30.5°), so each club goes a little farther. Callaway prints its offset (2.8 mm at the 7-iron, minimal on its chart) and puts it at handicaps of 4 to 12. Titleist prints no offset figure for the T200, and gives it a sole whose bounce changes from heel to toe, taken from its Vokey wedges. The T200 comes in regular or stiff; the Paradym also in Callaway's light flex.
Callaway's players distance iron of 2023: a compact hollow head with a forged face, 2.79 mm of offset at the 7-iron and a 29° 7-iron, for handicaps of 4 to 12 on Callaway's chart.

Both are players distance irons, the class between a game improvement iron and a players' iron, and both score 2 of 5 here because neither maker publishes an offset or a sole width.
