Choose it if
- You often catch it thin or heavy and want the most help an iron gives.
- You catch the ground before the ball: the sole is wide, so it skids instead of digging.
- You need a softer shaft: ladies flex is stock.
- You want to spend less: $899.99 is in the cheapest third of the 43 we price.

- You play left-handed: Tour Edge Hot Launch C524, sold left-handed, 3.5 of 5.

How the 4.5 adds up
The forgiveness score is our reading of what Wilson publishes about the head, from 1 to 5. It is not a test result. How every score works.
| Part | Points | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Head class | 4 | Super game improvement: the biggest, most forgiving iron head a maker sells. |
| Offset | +0 | Wilson doesn't publish a 7-iron offset, so offset earns no point. |
| Sole | +0.5 | Wilson calls the sole wide ("WIDE SOLE"). |
| Forgiveness score | 4.5 | of 5 |
The score rates the head only. Hand, flex and price decide which version you buy, not how forgiving it is. Wilson does not publish a 7-iron offset or a 7-iron loft.
