What changed from the T350 (2023)

Titleist prints the same lofts, lies and lengths for both, club for club, from a 20° 4-iron to the 53° W2 (a 29° 7-iron). The 2023 head is a hollow body with a forged face and two tungsten weights; Titleist builds the 2025 T350 all in steel, calls it the largest head and fastest face of its T-Series, and adds progressive grooves. Titleist publishes no offset or bounce for either.

Titleist's own Titleist Certified store still had new 2023 sets on 12 Oct: $1,149 for eight clubs, left-handed (its one right-handed set came with upgrades at $1,517), against $1,499 for seven new 2025 clubs. Choose the 2023 set for the same lofts for less; choose the 2025 T350 for a new set built in your hand, shaft and flex.

What changed from the T300 (2021)

The T300's table matches the 2025 T350's club for club: the same lofts, lies and lengths from a 20° 4-iron to the 53° W2, with a 29° 7-iron. The 2021 T300 is a cavity back with a polymer core behind the face; Titleist builds the 2025 T350 as a steel head it calls the largest and fastest-faced of its T-Series, with progressive grooves. Titleist publishes no offset for either.

Used sets cost far less than a new T350; this page shows the used price. Choose the T300 for the same lofts for much less, if a used set comes in your hand and flex; choose the T350 for a new set built in your hand, shaft and flex.

After the 48° wedge (W48): with a 56° sand wedge, the 8° gap leaves room for one more wedge, at about 52°.

Callaway's iron fitting guide puts your first wedge 4° to 6° above the highest-lofted wedge in your iron set. A gap in degrees is not a gap in yards. To choose that wedge, see the forgiving wedges by loft and bounce.

Use the iron finder to compare sets for your usual miss, and check the set makeup and loft gaps before ordering. Between a game improvement and a super game improvement head, this is how to tell which one your strike needs.

How the 3.0 adds up

The forgiveness score is our reading of what Titleist publishes about the head, from 1 to 5. It is not a test result. How every score works.

The parts of the forgiveness score
PartPointsWhy
Head class 3 Game improvement: a forgiving head, slimmer than super game improvement.
Offset +0 Titleist doesn't publish a 7-iron offset, so offset earns no point.
Sole +0 Titleist describes the sole ("larger head size than T250") but not as wide.
Forgiveness score3.0of 5

The score rates the head only. Hand, flex and price decide which version you buy, not how forgiving it is. Titleist does not publish a 7-iron offset.
